  15.        Frigate version 1.2 information-

  17.          In FRIGATE ver 1.2 the bug concerning game save/retrieve has
  18.          been fixed.  Everything else has remained the same.  All of the
  19.          ideas which have been sent to me are being implemented in a new
  20.          game which is near completion.

  22.          Automatic color/monochrome detection has not been implemented so
  23.          you must use the /M command line directive to turn of the
  24.          color.

  29.          Since the original publication of FRIGATE, MK Systems has done
  30.          extensive work to create a new game.  Under The Gulf, is
  31.          incredibly more advanced than Frigate.  Among other things, it
  32.          now supports EGA and VGA systems.  The following is a short
  33.          description of the program.

  35.            UNDER THE GULF Ver 1.1
  36.              UNDER THE GULF is a game which simulates the actions of a
  37.              United States attack submarine.  You, the player, are in
  38.              control of the nuclear powered vessel while the computer
  39.              controls an opposing fleet of ships and submarines.  The
  40.              game takes place in a 500nm x 500nm area of the Black Sea.
  41.              In the south west corner, two land masses merge to form a
  42.              natural canal into the Mediterranean Sea.  Your mission is
  43.              to keep all of the opposing ships from reaching the open
  44.              waters of the Mediterranean.  Your submarine has complete
  45.              radar and sonar systems, short and long range torpedoes,
  46.              defensive systems, mining systems, and extensive
  47.              navigational capabilities.  For EGA and VGA users there is
  48.              full graphic support.
